Select the audio device whose driver you want to update, select Next, and then follow the instructions to install it.

Select and hold (or right-click) the listing for your sound card or audio device, then select Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.

To use the generic audio driver that comes with Windows: If those options didn’t work, try using the generic audio driver that comes with Windows. To restart, select Start > Power > Restart. This restart will automatically prompt your PC to reinstall your audio driver. Note: Be sure to save your documents and any other current work before you restart. Select and hold (or right-click) the listing for your sound card or audio device, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling your audio driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, look for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow those instructions. Follow the instructions to complete the update. Select and hold (or right-click) the listing for your sound card or audio device, such as headphones or speakers, select Update driver, then select Search automatically for drivers. Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it. In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results. To update your audio driver automatically: If you're having audio issues after installing updates, try rolling back your audio driver. If that doesn't work, try using the generic audio driver that comes with Windows. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the audio driver (it will reinstall automatically). Make sure your audio driver is up to date and update it if needed. I should actually replace it with a new commander core, I wonder if corsair will warranty the commander pro.Hardware problems can be caused by outdated or malfunctioning drivers. For now, I just jammed that wire harness as hard and best as I could into the commander core and its working again.

I was gentle with installing everything but maybe the wire got pulled hard at some point.or this commander pro is a cheap part (which it seems like, lightwieght and all plastic). Bad connection somewhere there! Weird how the fans, pump and default lights will work though, you would assume it has proper power in that case! I wiggled some more to pinpoint the bad connection and found the wire where it goes into the commander core box is soft set there. Attempted to disconnect the Sata power connection to the commander core with the PC running and I heard the USB recognition chime! There is it! No sata power even though its actually plugged it.

Checked the usb device list and the commander was not listed! Checked the usb connections on the motherboard, they're on properly.

Even uninstalled MSI dragon center (which I use for my motherboard and case fan RGB) thinking there was a software conflict or something, still not there in iCue. iCue would not see the CPU cooler, the lights and fans working, but cannot customize the lighting.

It came with the corsair commander core, which I didn't really want to use but the pump has a unique plug that can only go into the commander core.guess I gotta use it. Everything installed smoothly! For the Liquid CPU cooler, I went with the Corsair Elite Capellix H100i. New motherboard, processor, ram, m.2 SSD, liquid CPU cooler. I recently updated my PC with new components as they were all 15 years old (I only ever played BF4 and SC2).
